Grown on our specially selected substrate that we have developed for the finest and largest gourmets mushrooms, this kit can produce up to 4 flushes. Unlike other mushroom kits, our substrate is not coffee grounds and straw but instead a sterilized blend developed by Foragers Table that your mushrooms will love, with the finest, freshest mushroom spawn all mixed together with mineral full water from our very own sandstone well.

Variations:

Lions Mane Characteristics: This mushroom species forms stemless spherical fruit bodies. They are entirely covered with long, sloppy spines (up to 8 mm long) which makes them reminiscent of sea anemones. The average size is 8- 10 cm, but specimens of 15 cm diameter are not exceptional.

Phoenix Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Extremely rapid incubation, well-formed, very tasty fruit bodies, excellent results at higher temperatures. Fruiting temperature 11-28°c

Blue Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Rapidly growing species, very high yield, excellent quality of the fruit bodies. Fruiting temperature 5-22°c

Pink Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Rapid incubation, decorative fruit bodies. Fruiting temperature 18-28°c

Gold Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Decorative species, slight milder taste, rapid production. Fruiting temperature 13-28°c

Florida Oyster Qualities: good cultivation results, develop into medium size, funnel-shaped fruit bodies temperatures between 11- 28°C.
