- Microgreen Broccoli characteristics: white stems with deep green leaves. They taste pretty mild and crunchy, although some say there is a slight bitter taste.
- Microgreen Beetroot characteristics: lofty deep red leaves and stems. Tender with an earthy, spinach like flavour.
- Coriander Microgreen characteristics: Pale stem with a pale green leaf. It is aromatic with a citrusy and grassy flavour. They are a good source of vitamin K, which is required for blood coagulation, also a good source of vitamin C.
- Microgreen Radish characteristics: white and burgundy treats with a bright green pair of top leaves, with a zingy peppery y radish taste.
- Microgreen Sunflower characteristics: one off the tastiest microgreens with bright green juicy stems and leaves high in fibre. They also contain a wide range of vitamins and minerals.
